GT2 Dual Sim Green 12GB RAM 256GB 5G (RMX3310 / RMX3311) – International Version Review
After spending several weeks with the realme GT2 (RMX3310 / RMX3311) – the International Version in sleek green – I’m ready to share my comprehensive review. This phone promises a lot: a stunning AMOLED display, blazing-fast performance, incredible charging speeds, and a sustainable design. But does it deliver on all fronts? Let’s dive in.
The realme GT2 boasts an impressive spec sheet. The 6.62-inch 120Hz AMOLED display is a visual treat, incredibly smooth and vibrant. The 1300 nits peak brightness ensures readability even under direct sunlight. The biopolymer design is a welcome change, offering a unique feel and contributing to the phone’s eco-friendly credentials. Powering this beauty is the Snapdragon 888 processor, coupled with a generous 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The 5000mAh battery, combined with the 65W SuperDart charging, ensures all-day usage with quick top-ups.
In daily use, the GT2 performed exceptionally well. The Snapdragon 888 handled multitasking with ease, and I experienced no lag or stuttering. Demanding games ran smoothly at high settings. The 120Hz refresh rate makes the user interface incredibly responsive and pleasant to navigate. Battery life was also impressive, consistently lasting a full day with moderate to heavy usage. The 65W SuperDart charging truly lived up to its name; a full charge from 0% took a mere 33 minutes – a lifesaver.
The triple-camera system, featuring a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro lens, produced some excellent photos. The main sensor captured crisp and detailed images in good lighting conditions. The ultrawide lens was also quite capable, although some distortion was noticeable at the edges. Low-light performance benefited significantly from the ProLite Imaging Technology, resulting in cleaner and brighter images than expected. While the macro lens is a nice addition, its usefulness is limited.
Pros:
- Stunning 120Hz AMOLED display
- Blazing-fast performance
- Excellent battery life and incredibly fast charging
- Impressive camera capabilities, particularly in low light
- Unique and sustainable biopolymer design
Cons:
- Macro lens is somewhat underwhelming
- Some minor distortion visible on ultrawide lens shots
The realme GT2 (RMX3310 / RMX3311) is a compelling smartphone that offers a fantastic combination of performance, design, and features. The display is superb, the performance is exceptional, and the charging speed is game-changing. While the camera system has a few minor shortcomings, its overall quality is quite good. If you’re looking for a high-performance phone with a unique design and impressive charging capabilities, the realme GT2 is a strong contender. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
